When visitors send application form on the site we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. We use your uploaded media (with your permission) for festival marketing purposes in social media and other digital or print purposes.

If you apply to our festival program, you will provide application information via form on our site. We will only use the personal information on the form for marketing purposes, if you consent to this in the form. If you do not consent, we will only share data related to the actual performance title and content.

How long we retain your data

If you apply to festival program, we will save your data for the maximum of 30 days after the festival has occurred. This is so that we can send you post-festival information about the festival (photos etc), if applicable.

What rights you have over your data

You can at any time request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

The festival application form sends the data to our email servers. The data is kept in the e-mail inbox and collected in a Google Docs document. The data privacy policy is subject to Google data privacy policy regarding Google Docs and/or Drive.
